Part Time Discipleship Administrator

Salary: $21-$23/hour You are highly organized and enjoy keeping schedules, events, communications, and ministry activities running smoothly behind the scenes. You find purpose in supporting church leadership, volunteers, and ministry participants through exceptional service and attention to detail. What your future day will look like: Provide administrative support to the Associate Pastors for Discipleship, helping coordinate ministry activities, programs, and events. Manage room reservations, work orders, catering requests, transportation arrangements, and event logistics for classes and ministry functions. Maintain accurate attendance records, rosters, reports, and contact information within the church database system. Coordinate communications with ministry leaders, volunteers, and participants through phone, email, and other channels. Partner with the Communications Department to promote ministry programs, events, and educational opportunities. Support daily office operations, including reception coverage, curriculum management, and special projects as assigned.
