Volleyball Coach

Location: Crossfire Volleyball (Champlin, MN) Position Type: Part-Time Position Overview We are seeking dedicated and passionate Volleyball Coaches to join our team. As a coach at Crossfire, you will play a crucial role in shaping the development of young athletes. You will work in an environment that values continuous growth and offers significant investment in your development as a coach. Key Responsibilities Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages player growth and teamwork. Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to athletes to help them reach their full potential. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive training approach and program consistency. Attend coach training sessions provided by Crossfire to continuously improve your skills and knowledge. Help to make Crossfire an environment where youth can achieve spiritual, athletic, and personal growth. Qualifications Experience in coaching or playing volleyball at various levels, with a solid understanding of the game AND/OR a strong eagerness to learn and develop your coaching skills and knowledge of the sport. Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
