Compensation Compensation includes a $17.00 per hour base rate plus uncapped commission. While average earnings are up to $23.00 per hour, there is no cap on commissions, allowing high performers to increase their earnings beyond the average. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of Wireless Specialists to exceed sales and service expectations. Drive store performance through hands-on leadership, coaching, and accountability. Meet your own personal sales goals while helping your team achieve store objectives. The Store Manager remains an active seller and customer-facing leader. Recruit, interview, hire, train, and onboard new team members. Manage scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and daily store operations. Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment. What We're Looking For Retail leadership, store management, or sales management experience. A passion for coaching, developing, and motivating others. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. A track record of achieving sales goals and driving team performance. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven retail environment. Flexible availability, including weekends as business needs require.
