CAREGIVERS & COMPANIONS NEEDED - CONEJO VALLEY AREA

We are seeking experienced, kind and compassionate CAREGIVERS AND COMPANIONS to assist our SENIOR PATIENTS. Open schedules in the Conejo Valley area (Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Westlake Village, Oak Park and Agoura Hills).

We will help/assist you in registering for the HCA (Home Care Aide) Registry ID (which is required by our company) if you do not already have it.

MUST have experience with Alzheimer/Dementia patients. We offer full-time, part-time and overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday. You let us know what days/times work best for you! When you work any of our 12 hour shifts, you are guaranteed three (3) hours of overtime.

SHIFTS:
Monday - Sunday
Full-Time, Part-Time, and Overnight

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
*Companionship
*Meal Preparation
*Medication Reminders
*Light Housekeeping
*Driving Patient (Errands, appointments, out for a ride, etc.)

MUST HAVES:
*At least one (1) year of senior caregiving experience
*Current Driver's License w/reliable vehicle and insurance (which shows you are a covered driver)
*Current HCA (Home Care Aide) Registry ID
*Current TB Test Results (OR proof that you have recently had one taken)
*COVID Vaccination Card
*Second Form of ID: (Social Security Card - OR - US Passport - OR - Valid EAC - OR - Valid Permanent Resident Card)
