Work Environment\n

This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to create your own schedule within a Monday to Friday timeframe, from 9 AM to 5 PM. You will operate from the comfort of your own home while having access to a supportive digital workspace, enabling collaboration with colleagues across various locations. There are no on-call duties associated with this role, allowing you to focus entirely on your clients during your scheduled sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote emotional healing and mental health stability.

• Facilitate open discussions with clients, encouraging them to explore their feelings and experiences to gain insights into their mental health and interpersonal relationships.

• Act as an advocate for clients, guiding them in identifying personal goals and developing actionable plans to achieve them.

• Utilize your clinical expertise to perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health conditions and design tailored treatment plans that employ solution-focused methodologies.

• Keep detailed and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a population of stable, low-acuity adults facing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Your role is crucial in helping these clients develop coping strategies, improving their quality of life, and fostering resilience in managing their mental health symptoms. This focus allows us to provide impactful support while enhancing their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an independent clinical license, such as:

• A competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 yearly , based on experience and hours worked.
