BluePearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital in Rockville, Maryland is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Veterinary Internist to join our collaborative and growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to practice advanced medicine in a thriving specialty environment supported by a strong multidisciplinary team. We provide 24/7 emergency care alongside a broad range of specialty services and are committed to delivering exceptional patient care through collaboration and innovation.

Our specialty team currently includes boarded clinicians in:

• Critical Care
• Surgery
• Internal Medicine
• Oncology

In addition, we have established partnerships with board-certified Neurologists and Cardiologists within the building, expanding the resources and expertise available to our patients.

Our culture is built around teamwork and continuous learning. We regularly host:

• Monthly doctor topic rounds
• In-house continuing education opportunities

Our Internists have access to advanced diagnostic and therapeutic resources including:

• Mechanical ventilator support
• High-flow oxygen therapy
• Lithotripsy laser
• MRI
• 64-slice CT scanner
• Ultrasound
• Minimally invasive scoping equipment
• Isolation unit within the emergency service
• In-house Antech reference laboratory

Compensation

Annual salary range: $192,000–$281,000

In addition to base compensation, this role may also be eligible for:

• Production compensation opportunities
• Shift differentials
• Weekend differentials
