About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Business Operations to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the company's business execution, planning, and internal operating systems, with a strong emphasis on an AI-first approach. This role involves leading the organization's operating rhythm, ensuring execution excellence, and partnering with the executive team to prioritize and implement initiatives. The VP will also be at the forefront of building and integrating an AI-first operating system, working closely with engineering and data science teams, and leading organization-wide adoption and enablement. Candidates for the VP of Business Operations position should have 7-10 years' of experience in business operations, data analytics, strategic finance, or financial forecasting. Deep expertise in driving execution and managing complex cross-functional initiatives is essential, as is a proven track record of using AI to enhance workflows, analysis, and decision-making. The role requires a systems thinker who can operate at both strategic and executional levels and is passionate about scaling consumer businesses. Experience in financial forecasting, demand planning, and a next-generation, AI-driven approach to business planning is also a key requirement.
