Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personable and effective therapy sessions with clients through our telehealth platform, ensuring a comfortable environment for open communication.

• Track client progress meticulously and make adjustments to treatment strategies as needed, incorporating feedback to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Keep accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all ethical guidelines and legal standards in mental health care.
• Engage in regular collaboration with fellow mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, including referrals and treatment adjustments when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist including one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Strong understanding of telehealth practices and the ability to leverage technology effectively in clinical settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a commitment to building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience conducting individual therapy sessions remotely.
• Experience with specialized therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Compensation and Benefits

The Telehealth Mental Health Counselor position offers competitive annual compensation ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
