VP of Land Development VP of land developerment is Responsible for overseeing the acquisition and development of land projects, obtaining zoning permits and ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal regulations. What do we want? The VP of land development is a key role intended to drive the feasibility, permitting, & development process. Opportunities with Equity Group About The Work Obtain zoning permits Supervise the bid process for construction contractors Maintain current records of all site plan approvals, approved graphics, and engineering plans, permits, etc., per project Identify, hire, and coordinate Civil, Environmental, Surveying, and other required consultants needed to prepare entitlement documents and construction Determine the types of equipment to be used in performing work, or materials needed Plan budgets for work Monitor work for legal or regulatory compliance Provide for safety and security of the workplace Establish achievable timelines for all land acquisition and land development activities Manage zoning, master development plan, platting and other required land entitlement processes Qualifications Candidates who have experience preferably in construction Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and attention to detail Effective oral, written, and reading communication skills Education And Experience Requirements 2 years of experience Appropriate license Candidate Qualities Academic achievement Applications are welcome from Certification with accredited training course through the State "Shoot for the moon" ambition We want people who think differently and who push hard stop to solve the problems and execute positive outcomes.
