Medical Director Long Valley Animal Hospital in Long Valley, NJ Base salary plus production WHAT YOU'LL DO Examine and diagnose diseases and injuries of pets (primarily dogs and cats), and treat surgically or medically Collaborate within our veterinary ecosystem, and communicate with referring veterinarians Participate in ongoing education, seminars, and training to stay at the top of your field Leading & supervising the clinic team to working with the Hospital Manager on finances Working with a Regional Operations Manager and the Hospital Manager to achieve high standards and provide superior pet patient care Administer core vaccinations and counsel clients in well pet Perform dentals Contribute to making our workplace enjoyable for all: staff, clients, and pets BENEFITS Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with a total company match up to 4%, after 6 months of employment Generous paid time off and flexible scheduling Continuing education allowance and professional development support Mental Health Resources Company paid bonding leave or applicable state provided bonding leave Perks for Your Pets Too!
