Production Lead - Cleanroom - 2nd Shift

Requisition Number: 227495 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Production Lead to support the Rental Division. The Production Lead is responsible for assisting supervisors/managers in ensuring that productivity, department goals and quality standards are consistently met. Production Leads coordinate the work in a specific production area and are expected to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work. Must be willing to learn to use a computer/console to complete work activities. Must be willing to frequently communicate with others to complete work activities. CompensationA reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $19.80 - $24.75/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.
