BrightStar Care is hiring an experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) for one-on-one, in-home care in Worthington, OH. If you’re a dependable caregiver looking for consistent 12-hour shifts and meaningful work , this is a great opportunity. Schedule:
- Friday-Sunday:
- 7:00am-3:00pm
- 3:00pm-11:00pm
- 11:00pm-7:00am
- $19/hour
- Paid training

- Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene)
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Support mobility and transfers (client assists)
- Prepare meals and assist with daily routines
- Provide medication administration/reminders
- Transport client to appointments and outings
- Monitor safety and encourage engagement
- Complete accurate documentation
- Assist with light pet care
- Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required
- 1+ year of home care or caregiving experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- CPR & First Aid certification (required)
- Medication Administration certification (required)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to assist with lifting/transfers (up to 80 lbs with assistance)
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a home with a pet
- Work only 3 days per week (36 hours full-time)
- Predictable schedule —no rotating shifts
- Longer shifts = fewer commutes
- One-on-one care (no facility stress)
- Build a strong relationship with your client
