Physical Therapist - Outpatient $20K Bonus

Position Overview Position: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Location: Wake Forest, NC Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Friday Compensation: $78,000 – $90,000 per year (dependent on experience) Incentives: $20K bonus plus student loan repayment program We are seeking a full‑time physical therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic located in Wake Forest, NC. Prior outpatient experience is preferred. Responsibilities Evaluate patients, design and implement treatment plans, and provide ongoing care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members, including physicians and third‑party payors. Participate in center meetings and training sessions as directed by the center manager. Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations and maintain required certifications. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Current state license as a physical therapist or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
