Pay Range: - , General Benefits: Requirements To join our team as a Regional CDL-A Truck Driver, you must meet the following minimum qualifications: At least 21 years of age A minimum of 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years A valid Class A CDL Willingness to obtain a Hazmat endorsement within 90-days of hire No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years No DUI or DWI convictions within the past 5 years No license suspensions or revocations due to moving violations within the last 5 years No serious traffic violations in the past 12 months (including speeding 15+ mph over the limit, following too closely, improper passing, or a fatal CMV-related offense) No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years No preventable DOT-recordable accidents in the past 3 years Essential Job Functions: Our drivers are expected to perform the following physical and operational tasks as part of the role: Open and close trailer doors (requires up to 46 lbs of force) Hook and unhook trailers (requires up to 90 lbs of force) Load, unload, or shift freight as needed (requires up to 54 lbs of force) Perform accurate freight counts and complete fuel tickets Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure safety and compliance Enter and exit commercial vehicles and trailers (from ground level) Drive for extended periods and sit upright for long durations Maintain regular and predictable attendance Not sure if you meet every requirement?
