As one of the leading Plaintiff's injury law firms in South Florida, we specialize in motor vehicle negligence, wrongful death, and premises liability cases. We’re seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our team and make an immediate impact. What You’ll Be Doing: Client Interaction : Meet with clients both in-person and over the phone, ensuring clear communication and providing a high level of customer care. Legal Documentation : Handle electronic filing with the Court, draft and file complaints, discovery requests, motions, and other legal documents. Medical Record Management : Regularly gather, review, and update medical records, bills, and other relevant documents from medical providers and third-party processing sites. Case Preparation : Manage all aspects of case prep, including creating detailed Excel itemizations of medical bills and gathering vital case information (police reports, death certificates, EMS reports, etc.). Scheduling : Coordinate mediation, depositions, hearings, and related legal proceedings while ensuring all documents are prepared for successful outcomes. Collaboration : Work closely with our legal team to ensure smooth case progression and support on litigation tasks. What We’re Looking For: Experience : A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation within the Personal Injury space. Skills : Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, FileVine, Dropbox, and Adobe. Familiarity with legal tech tools is a plus! Drive : Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
