Responsibilities include planning, managing, and expanding McGard's business within the assigned international market, leading sales activities, supporting key customer relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth, monitoring sales performance and inventory levels, coordinating departmental administrative needs, forecasting support for the assigned international market sales team, establishing sales goals, developing promotions, working directly with the international sales office, providing technical support, traveling to OEMs, dealers, or other areas, collaborating with Engineering and Production, continuously reviewing product activity, identifying potential new products, working with the international sales office to develop new customers, regularly reviewing budgets, compensation charges, sales, and financial reports, managing HQ Sales Associates, coordinating automotive trade show activities, representing the company at customer functions, analyzing market trends, maintaining current knowledge of competitive products, and being available to work evenings and weekends as business needs require.

Education/Skill Requirements include the ability to communicate effectively in English, a Bachelor's Degree, detail-oriented and organized nature, proficiency in Microsoft Office, one to three years' experience in any type of Customer Service oriented work, ability to analyze product and market trends, valid driver's license, and passport for international travel 2-3 times annually.

Physical Demands & Work Environment: Position requires individual to be capable of traveling & working throughout the entire facility, within reasonable accommodation. The noise level is usually moderate.
