Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic and functional evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans. \n
- Provide brief, focused mental health interventions and facilitate referrals to specialized facilities when necessary. \n
- Monitor patient progress, documenting observations, treatment plans, and outcomes in a timely and organized manner. \n
- Collaborate with primary care providers to address and manage psychosocial issues affecting patient health. \n
- Assist in creating relapse prevention plans that empower patients to maintain stable and healthy lifestyles. \n
- Develop and reinforce self-management skills through individual education and group sessions. \n
- Engage in ongoing consultation with clinic management and other team members regarding program evaluation and improvements. \n
- Adhere to the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals and maintain the highest standards of practice throughout your work. \n
Your work will primarily focus on individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and other emotional disturbances. Our diverse patient population includes children, families, and adults, providing an engaging and dynamic caseload that will inspire your professional growth.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's degree in clinical counseling or a related field. \n
- Current and active LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license in the state of Texas. \n
- Thorough knowledge of mental health assessments, treatment planning, and systems theory in therapy. \n
- Ability to maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and prepare relevant progress reports. \n
- Ability to establish effective, cooperative relationships with patients, families, and professional staff. \n

- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred but not mandatory. \n
- Prior experience in a behavioral health setting, particularly within a team-oriented primary care environment. \n
- Knowledge of psychotherapeutic techniques and theories related to developmental psychopathology. \n
We offer a competitive salary range between USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
