Job description:

• Project Nova is a multi-year platform transformation program with Evernorth, building a new cloud-native pharmacy benefit management platform while re-implementing and migrating existing PBM capability and client business in waves.
• leads Program Management and Governance, Integrated Delivery Management, and Operating Model and Readiness through an Orchestration Hub that coordinates two delivery arms, capability build and integration/re-implementation, across roughly 16 functional workstreams.
• The Test Data Engineer owns production-scale test data as a product: Subsetting and generation with referential integrity across systems, certified masking of PHI and PII, refresh cadence, and storage and compute footprint in lower environments.
• The role serves both arms with one masking standard and one definition of production-scale, with right-arm demand planned into the refresh calendar and capacity rather than duplicated on that side.
• We are looking for someone who has built test data capability for a large, regulated estate and can balance realistic data volumes against cost and compliance.
