We're looking for a dependable and compassionate Housekeeper/Laundry Floater to join our team. In this role, you'll provide personal care and support that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.

Description

What You'll Do:

• Cleans and maintains resident homes, rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Dusts, polishes furniture, vacuums carpets, and cleans windows and floors.
• Performs deep cleaning tasks such as shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing floors.
• Assists with guest rooms, moving furniture/equipment, and housekeeping or laundry support.
• Follows safety practices, attends meetings, and completes other assigned duties.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• Basic housekeeping and cleaning experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Ability to work one-on-one with seniors using patience and compassion.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Strong confidentiality, sound judgment, and reliable attendance.
