Essential functions include maintaining a clean, neat, safe, food handling environment, maintaining a constant state of urgency, delivering high quality, tasty, hot food to every guest, being the final quality control checkpoint, being considerate of special requests and their importance, always considering eye appeal as well as taste and temperature, being rush ready, making products as fast as possible with precision and fantastic eye appearance, expediting orders from the window to the dining room, informing management of slow-downs and the need to take corrective action, working as a team, alerting team members of online orders to insure coordination of all products, having impeccably neat uniforms, tables and welcome areas that are always set and ready to go, offering a sincere, personal welcome to every guest entering the restaurant, smiling and making eye contact, anticipating the guest's needs and reacting before they need to ask, and creating an emotional attachment to our restaurant by helping our guests create great memories.

General job requirements include reading, writing, and communicating in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations, performing all job functions safely, meeting the company performance standards for the job, participating in company orientation and training, following instructions, working the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position, and being able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform the job.

Specific job skills and qualifications include a high school diploma/GED preferred, commercial food preparation background/experience preferred, being able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, and knowing safety information regarding all materials used within the scope of the work.
