Hourly rate ranges from $40 to $45 for LPNs and $42 to $47 for RNs, depending on the shift. Weekly pay! About the Role We are seeking Graduate Nurses who have recently graduated from a Massachusetts board-approved nursing education program and are ready to start their nursing career. You will work under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse and will be responsible for providing care to residents while waiting to take your NCLEX exam.
