Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Closet System Installer to join our team. This role involves installing custom closet systems, garage storage, pantry shelving, and organizational solutions in residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate has carpentry experience, strong problem-solving skills, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Install custom closet systems, shelving, cabinets, and storage solutions
• Read and interpret design layouts and installation plans
• Measure spaces accurately and make on-site adjustments as needed
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment
• Ensure installations are level, secure, and completed to company standards
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Troubleshoot installation issues in the field

Qualifications

• Previous experience in closet installation, cabinetry, carpentry, or construction preferred
• Ability to use common hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Finish carpentry experience
• Knowledge of wall anchoring and mounting techniques
• Customer service experience
• Experience with custom organization systems
