Litigation Secretary (Chicago)

Ancel Glink is looking to add a Litigation Secretary to the team. The secretary will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as filing documents with the courts and supporting the attorney’s during trial.

Position Responsibilities:

• Editing and finalizing legal documents, letters, and reports.
• Filing with state, federal, and appellate courts (including e-filling).
• Assist multiple attorneys.
• Perform general law office duties such as copying, scanning, answering phones, and responding to emails.

Position Requirements:

• 5 years of prior experience in litigation and/or appellate matters.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay scale: $65,000 - $75,000
