Coverage Type: No Call · Locations: Springfield,Missouri Requirements: Board Certified StateLicense (MO) or IMLC BLS Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Other Details: Looking for a locum provider that can read transcranialdopplers, which is a requirement we have as a Comprehensive center.That provider could be set up with virtualaccess to read remotely, but also can come work in person for inpatient neuroshifts. Provider needs to be able to work days/nights/weekends andpotential holidays as needed. 7a-7p 7p-7a 7a-1p round shift- this is flexible pending volume Only admit patients treated for stroke with TNK ormechanical thrombectomy all other admits are admitted to the hospitalist orintensivist under direction of Neurohospitalist. No on call shifts, just regular shifts with rounding, allinhouse and consults (in 24-hour period 10 consults) (stroke activations perday roughly 10) these are shared with APP's. Heavy patient volume- provider must be self-motivated Springfield is a comprehensive stroke center Lumbar puncture and other general Neuro for consults.
