About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00-19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN License Certifications: BLS, Cardiac Cath experience Must-Have: Cardiac experience Description: Urgent need for registered nurses with cardiac experience. Travelers can start with some items pending. All clearances must be obtained prior to starting. A drug screen within the last 90 days will be accepted. Declinations for MMR vaccination will not be accepted. Candidates must be willing to work all shift times: days, nights, and mids. The facility is recognized for clinical excellence and has specialized services including trauma and intensive care. All candidates must have complete and clear screenings prior to starting. Orientation occurs weekly on Mondays. Candidates should adhere to all license and clearance requirements throughout the hiring process. Patient ratios on the unit are typically 1:5 for registered nurses. The patient population includes cardiac geriatric patients. Required education includes an RN degree and current BLS certification. The dress code requires scrubs, with no hoodies permitted. Piercings are limited to nose studs only.
