What You'll Do As our Finance & Insurance Manager, you'll oversee every aspect of the financing process while ensuring a smooth, transparent, and enjoyable buying experience for every customer. Responsibilities include: Guide customers through financing options and loan approvals from application through funding. Structure deals and work with lending institutions to secure competitive financing terms. Present and explain protection products including: Extended Service Contracts GAP Protection Paint & Fabric Protection Credit Insurance Other customer protection products Prepare and process all finance contracts and required documentation accurately and efficiently. Complete federal, state, DMV, tax, title, lien, and licensing paperwork. Utilize Menu Metric, AppOne, and other finance software to process transactions and maintain accurate records. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and dealership finance regulations, including Truth in Lending (TILA) requirements. Analyze customer credit and financial information to determine financing eligibility. Partner closely with the Sales Team and General Sales Manager to maximize profitability while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction. Respond to customer title and financing questions professionally and promptly. Maintain business office forms, brochures, and finance materials. Track monthly finance performance and meet dealership goals. Support dealership operations through additional duties as needed. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous business or dealership experience Finance, sales, or customer service experience Strong mathematical and analytical abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Understanding of federal and state lending regulations Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Ability to become a Missouri Notary Public Ability to obtain bonding Commitment to FTC Safeguards compliance The Ideal Candidate Is results-driven and customer-focused Builds trust through honesty and professionalism Enjoys helping customers find the right financing solutions Takes pride in accuracy, organization, and compliance Thrives in a fast-paced sales environment Wants to contribute to a winning dealership culture Schedule Monday–Saturday One weekday off Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Closed Sundays RV Trade Shows Participation in two RV trade shows each year is required.
