We’re a small, passionate team, and the store is hands-on, fast-paced, and customer-focused.

The Role

We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our SoHo store and help lead the team on the sales floor. This is a fully in-store role for someone who enjoys being hands-on, working directly with customers, and taking real responsibility in a specialty retail environment.

An interest in raw denim and premium apparel is important. You don’t need to be an expert, but you should be curious and motivated to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily store operations 
• Open and close the store independently
• Deliver a strong customer service and sales experience
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and stock organization
• Support online orders and in-store fulfillment 
• Help maintain overall store presentation
• Act as key support to the Store Manager and step in when needed

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of retail experience (assistant manager or senior sales experience preferred)
• Comfortable working weekends and peak retail hours
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Interest in premium apparel and product knowledge, especially raw denim
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Desire to grow and take on more responsibility over time
