Bowl Attendant

Job Description At Main Event, our Bowl Attendants set the stage for our guests by providing a warm welcome and serving as their information source for all activities and specials. As a Bowl Attendant, you are high energy, helpful, and knowledgeable, guiding guests through the activities we offer to ensure their experience is fun and memorable. What Will You Be Doing Daily? Uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Welcome and engage with all guests, acting as an ambassador of fun. Promote and recommend activities based on guest needs and availability. Troubleshoot and handle lane malfunction calls. Issue and clean bowling shoes; maintain shoe organization. Escort guests to their lane and assist with lane setup and ball selection. Ensure guests adhere to all bowling safety standards. Process payment transactions and welcome guests back. Maintain a clean and organized bowl desk and/or lanes, completing side duties. Position Requirements Prior food and beverage or retail experience is a plus, but not required. Guest-focused mindset. Teamwork is a must. Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills. Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business. Effective communication with management, team members, and guests. Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.
