Medical Device Assembler – Youngsville, NC Pay: $16-16/50/hr Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Overtime may be required based on production needs. Overtime may include extended weekday hours or occasional Friday work (typically ending around noon). We are seeking detail-oriented Medical Device Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Youngsville, NC. This position involves assembling small medical devices, including plastic tubing and related components, in a clean, climate-controlled environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in precision, and can follow strict quality standards and procedures. Responsibilities Assemble small medical device components according to detailed work instructions Work with plastic tubing and other small parts Perform bonding and assembly processes as required Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards Follow all clean room, safety, and quality procedures Accurately complete production documentation Requirements Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or medical device experience strongly preferred Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to sit for extended periods throughout the workday Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high quality standards Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Important Work Environment Information Clean room environment with strict quality requirements Company-provided PPE must be worn at all times Strict policies regarding jewelry, hair, cosmetics, and personal items Climate-controlled, air‑conditioned facility Minimal lifting required If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for an opportunity with a growing medical device manufacturer, we'd love to hear from you!
