Bilingual Intake Assistant

A prestigious Personal Injury law firm in Houston's Montrose area is seeking a Bilingual Intake Assistant to join its growing team. Position: Bilingual Intake Assistant (Spanish/English) Location: Houston, TX (Montrose Area) - Free Parking Pay: up to $60K + bonuses Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and in person. Conduct initial client intake interviews in both English and Spanish. Gather, verify, and document client information accurately. Assess potential cases and route inquiries appropriately. Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments with attorneys and legal staff. Maintain accurate client records and update case management systems. Provide exceptional customer service while demonstrating empathy and professionalism. Follow up with prospective clients and assist with onboarding new cases. Perform general administrative duties to support the legal team. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent verbal and written communication required). Minimum 6 months of legal experience , preferably within a personal injury practice. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software is a plus.
