About You Active PA Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) in good standing highly preferred or an active LBS with BCBA in process. Master’s degree from an accredited ABA program or equivalent academic credentials. Passion and dedication for providing quality services to young children and adolescents. Available for center (Lansdale and Huntingdon Valley), home, school, and community visits local to you. Role Overview Supervise behavior health technicians. Conduct assessments (FBA and VB-MAPP/AFLS). Oversee treatment and make modifications to treatment based on data. Manage a reasonable caseload (25 per week on average).
