Requirements
- Basic life support
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- Licensed dental hygienist
Licensure: Must hold a valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Ohio.
Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene.
Certification: Current CPR certification is required.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
Mindset: A team-oriented professional who is passionate about preventive care and patient education.
Job Description
Clinical Care: Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing with a high level of detail.
Diagnostics: Take and review digital X-rays to assist in patient assessment.
Patient Education: Empower patients with knowledge regarding oral hygiene, disease prevention, and the link between oral and systemic health.
Collaboration: Assist the dentist during procedures as necessary and maintain a seamless team workflow.
Compliance: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure strict adherence to OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
Relationship Building: Provide a friendly, compassionate environment to build lasting trust with our patients.

Shift & Schedule
We offer a consistent weekly schedule with the following hours:
Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
