Economic Systems Support Specialist (FY2718)

Position: Economic Systems Support Specialist (Excel SME) Location: Washington, DC (metro accessible) Duration: Long Term Contract Hybrid: Requires 3-days/week Onsite Skills/1-3 Years' Experience MUST have Masters Degree* $25-28/hour Troubleshoots and resolves software issues pertaining to standard economic applications and packages, including providing hot-line support Creates Excel macros for individual users and/or for company-wide use Tests new releases of standard applications and software packages prior to deployment Writes user-oriented tutorials on software, hardware, and applications Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel Comprehensive knowledge of the use of personal computer operating systems and utilities in an enterprise network environment Familiarity with macroeconomic data concepts and terminology is desirable Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Must have initiative and ability to work under minimal supervision Ability to work as part of a team Good problem-solving abilities Responsibilities: Collaborating with our colleagues and users Experience with macroeconomic data concepts and terminology #J-18808-Ljbffr Experis
