Warehouse Picker and Delivery Driver $17.75 hourly

Family Produce and Food Service está buscando a un preparador de órdenes con experiencia y motivación para unirse a nuestro equipo. Esta posición combina funciones de warehouse order selector y chofer de entregas (delivery driver).

El empleado será responsable de preparar pedidos (order picking), organizar la bodega y también realizar entregas a clientes cuando sea necesario, descargando productos en restaurantes y tiendas utilizando dollie o diablito.

Resumen del Puesto:

Recibir y procesar productos entrantes
Seleccionar productos y completar pedidos de clientes
Apilar y envolver productos en pallets
Organización general de la bodega
Apoyo en entregas y descarga directa a clientes

Se trabaja de forma activa e independiente durante todo el día utilizando pallet jack o montacargas. El entorno incluye áreas con temperaturas variables (zona seca, refrigerada y congelada).

Responsabilities

Hacer ordenes en pallets de madera de acuerdo a la lista requerida.
Mantener organizado y limpio el lugar de trabajo.
Desempeñar una variedad de actividades de bodega de acuerdo a los estándares de procedimiento, incluyendo el conocimiento general de seguridad en bodegas.
Asegurarse que las ordenes están hechas correctamente.
Hacer conteo físico de inventario.
Reacomodar y organizar inventario.
Otros deberes se asignarán.
Realizar entregas directamente como driver
Descargar productos en cada cliente
Manejar para hacer entregas a clientes, descargando la mercancía en cada restaurante
Salir como ayudante del chofer cuando sea necesario
Otras tareas asignadas

Required Skills and Experience:

Experiencia mínima de 3 meses manejando montacargas
Experiencia mínima de 6 meses trabajando en bodegas.
Muy Responsable y orientado a detalle.
Fuerte habilidad en organización.
Tome iniciativa y está dispuesto a aprender.
Habilidad para cargar cajas desde 1lb-60lb frecuentemente, 60lb- 80lb ocasionalmente y 90lb a 100lb raramente.
Licencia de conducir valida
Habilidad para leer y escribir en español es preferida.

Horario de Trabajo:

El horario de trabajo es de aproximadamente 40-45 horas semanales

Work Schedule:
• Monday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Tuesday: Off
• Wednesday: Driver Helper (hours to be determined)
• Thursday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: Off
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
