What You'll Do

• Provide respiratory care for pediatric, NICU, and adult intensive care units
• Manage airway support, ventilators, medication administration, ABGs, oxygen therapy, suctioning, pulmonary toileting, nebulizer treatments, BiPAP, and CPAP
• Float between NICU, pediatric acute care, and adult acute care settings
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care
• Ensure compliance with safety and documentation protocols using systems like Cerner

What You Need

• Valid NBRC RRT credential, Indiana license in good standing
• At least 2 years of relevant respiratory therapy experience
• Proficiency in airway management, ventilator troubleshooting, and pulmonary procedures
• Ability to adapt to diverse patient care settings, including NICU, PEDS, and adult ICU
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
