Maintenance Supervisor (Shadowbrook, Heatherstone & Parallel)

Neighborhood Service Manager Responsibilities Provide leadership by hiring, training, mentoring staff, resolving issues and protecting the Neighborhood’s interests. Manage the Neighborhood budget, cost‑effective maintenance operations, safety training, capital projects, vendors, contractors and inventory. Serve as the knowledge holder for company policies and compliance, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Qualifications Minimum five years of apartment maintenance experience and at least two years of supervisory experience. High school diploma or GED; three related certificates such as BOMA, IREM or vocational programs. Strong customer‑service skills and ability to communicate with managers, clients, neighbors and the public. Willingness to work beyond 9‑to‑5, including on‑call availability. Knowledge of federal, state and local governing laws and ability to interpret safety rules, operating manuals and maintenance instructions. Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, perform repetitive motion, hear, see and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $45.00–$52.25 per hour.
