What You Will Do (We Will Train You!)

• Learn the Basics Develop a foundational understanding of property, casualty, and life insurance lines.
• Engage the Community Build connections with local residents in the Capital Region to help them identify their coverage needs.
• Support Sales Manage leads, schedule appointments, and pitch solutions to potential customers.
• Provide Elite Service Help answer client questions with the same care that earned us our community reputation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain necessary state insurance licensing (we will help guide you through this process!).

Compensation - Entry level starting at $40,000 - $50,000 based off experience.
