Division Manager

Division Manager Division Manager at Lennar Title. Responsible for managing production of employees, operational functions related to providing title services, and acting as liaison between mortgage and builder units to ensure compliance, policy adherence, production goals, and timelines are met. Responsibilities Manage work activities and operations of a functional area or department that supports the title process. Provide input to operational plans and work with Senior Management to ensure plans are integrated with broader strategies. Act as liaison with Escrow/Division managers and other functions/operations/business units, providing feedback and resolving escalated issues, process changes, and results. Coordinate and monitor efforts between groups. Work with vendors, monitor/manage vendor compliance, cost effectiveness, quality, and timeliness of work. Improve processes and quality of output; in smaller locations, may manage a wider range of vendors including office management providers. Track and monitor expenses; role may include office-management type duties. Ensure employee conformance to established practices and proper training of staff. Review quality of work and spot check complete escrow files to insure adherence to customer request and company policies and procedures. Assist customers by resolving complaints, expediting orders, explaining procedures, pricing schedules, etc. Use strong process skills, computer skills and knowledge of company operating systems/applications, and strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Lead and influence others, manage competing priorities, and execute complex projects. Actively recruit, retain, and develop talent and hold employees accountable. Lead change, manage conflict, foster collaboration, and engage leaders to create solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5-7 years of directly related experience. 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a supervisory or management role. Experience establishing, leading, and maintaining effective working relationships at the Department Management level. Familiarity with competitor, financial and industry dynamics.
