Title Outside Sales Representative Territory Location Newark, NJ Overview Empire Today is looking for go‑getters to meet face‑to‑face with customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products. Hot leads generally within a 1‑hour radius. Customers have called Empire and asked for an in‑home flooring estimate. Use the strength of the well‑known brand to generate even more money through referrals and prospecting additional customers. Stop searching and start growing with Empire! Compensation and Earnings 100% commission plus commission bonus; average first‑year earnings $50k‑$70k, top performers well over $100k. Huge earning potential with no earnings cap. Responsibilities Meet customers in their homes within a 1‑hour radius of the territory. Provide in‑home flooring estimates and presentations. Generate referrals and prospect additional customers. Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually. Qualifications Valid driver’s license and vehicle capable of carrying flooring sample boards. Minimum of 2 self‑generated installed sales per month (higher commission). Availability for evening and weekend appointments. Direct Seller Contract required. Ability to use tablets and measuring devices. Professional presentation skills. Additional Information Earning range based on average and top earners.
