• Full-time -- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
• Mobile health unit program serving diverse community populations
• Deployed to outpatient clinic when mobile unit is not operating
• Family medicine care across the lifespan -- pediatrics through geriatrics
• Physical exams, chronic disease management, and vaccine administration
• Urine sample collection and basic in-office testing required
• Mission-driven, community-based environment -- flexibility preferred
