Qualified Candidates will be responsible for: Maintaining thorough knowledge of all Bank deposit account products and related services. Opening and closing personal and non-personal deposit accounts and safe deposit boxes; building relationships with new customers to promote customer engagement. Actively seeking cross-sell opportunities to expand existing customer relationships. Performing account maintenance as requested by customers. Assisting customers with deposit accounts and related services. Adhering to all Bank procedures and compliance regulations. Providing support to the teller line as needed. Answering telephone calls, greeting customers, submitting reports, ordering checks and related supplies for customers, etc. Assisting with banking center operations such as ATM balancing, vault functions, opening and closing procedures, and audits as needed. Candidates must also be able to demonstrate: Dedication to delivering excellent customer experiences.
