UKG Systems Administrator

HR Systems AnalystThe HR Systems Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of HR systems, primarily UKG and related platforms. This role serves as the subject matter expert for HR technology, driving data integrity, system efficiency, reporting capabilities, and workflow automation. The Analyst partners cross-functionally with HR, IT, Security and business leaders to enhance HR processes, enable data-driven decision-making, and support workforce planning initiatives.Essential FunctionsHR Systems Ownership & ConfigurationServe as system owner for UKG, Greenhouse Onboarding and related HR systems, ensuring optimal performance and functionalityManage system configuration, including business rules, workflows, and organizational structuresLead system upgrades, enhancements, and releases; act as primary point of contact for system changesAdminister system security roles, permissions, and access controlsWorkflow & Process OptimizationDesign, build, and maintain HR workflows within HRSD, People Assist, and Document Manager.Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes and improve operational efficiencyPartner with People Ops team to transition transactional work into scalable system solutionsEnsure alignment between HR processes and system capabilitiesData Management & GovernanceEstablish and maintain data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrityDevelop audit frameworks and monitor data quality across systemsTroubleshoot data discrepancies and lead root cause analysisEnsure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsAct as primary liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors for system-related initiativesReporting & AnalyticsOwn HR reporting strategy, including dashboards, metrics, and analyticsDevelop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports using UKG People Analytics and other toolsSupport workforce planning through org chart tools.Perform other duties as assigned.Regular and reliable attendance on a full time basis [or in accordance with posted schedule].Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company's policies and practices.Embodies AEVEX's cultural values and aligns daily actions with department goals and company culture.Qualifications and CompetenciesStrong understanding of HR systems architecture and data structuresAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate business requirements into system solutionsStrong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracyEffective communication and stakeholder management skillsUS.
