Pay Rate: $36.00-$46.00/hour

Key Responsibilities for the Accountant:
• Manage accounting transactions and vendor processes in PASSport
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
• Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations
• Process and review AP, invoicing, and payments
• Support audits, budget tracking, and funding compliance
• Collaborate with program and operations teams on reporting
Qualifications for the Accountant:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• NYC PASSport experience (required)
• Strong general ledger, reconciliation, and journal entry skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience with government funding or nonprofit organizations (preferred)
