Our mission is to “design and build homes people love at a price they can afford.” A Day in the Life of a Land Acquisition Manager As a Land Acquisition Manager, your day is varied and exciting, focused on maintaining the company’s pipeline of potential land deals and collaborating with key team members. Your responsibilities include sourcing land leads, assembling feasibility packages, building financial models, and ensuring contract compliance for current land deals, all within a hybrid work environment. You will assist with financial analysis, quarterly reporting, and budget reviews, working closely with local developers, builders, brokers, and landowners. Responsibilities Source land leads and identify potential acquisition opportunities. Assemble feasibility packages and assist with financial analysis. Build financial models and prepare reports for leadership. Ensure contract compliance for current and future land deals. Maintain the pipeline and provide updates to the Land Acquisition team. Collaborate with stakeholders, including local developers, builders, brokers, and landowners. Qualifications Real estate or homebuilding experience. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset. Goal-oriented with confidence and active listening skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Nice to Haves College degree in business, finance, or related field of study.
