Company DescriptionFortune 500 Financial Service CompanyJob DescriptionLooking for a sharp Finance Professional, quick leaner, who is willing to learn IT FinanceFunction SupportManage iBuy requisition process including financial review, coordination/feedback from IT, support for users, training.Facilitate monthly review of iBuy reqs for approval with IT CFO.Act as SME for iBuy related matters.Consolidate and distribute monthly headcount reports.Liaison with other Financial FunctionsCoordinate with Vendors to ensure timely invoicing, codingCoordinate with Urbandale to ensure proper posting of Journal entries, allocations, true-upsReporting and AnalyticsCoordinate quarterly Vendor Invoice Audits for Global IT vendors.Provide support for various metrics, analytics utilized by IT Finance group.Provide support for MGTI queries.Assist Financial Manager as needed on:Financial Planning & BudgetingForecastingExpense ManagementSupporting the month end closeBalance Sheet AnalysisPreparing the Headcount Analytics PackageQualificationsBA/BS in Business, Finance or Accounting3-5 years progressive experience in financial managemenMS/IT System SkillsAdditional Information$65K- $80K plus BonusPlease email View email address on click.appcast.io: Full-timeFunction: FinanceExperience level: Mid-Senior LevelIndustry: Financial Services
