Compri Consulting is searching for a Recruiter for a 100% remote 6+ month contract for our client headquartered in San Francisco.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of total in-house and/or agency recruiting experience; 4+ in a technical recruiting role at a global tech company.
  • Proven success hiring for roles such as software engineers, machine learning/AI, TPMs, and engineering management.
  • Demonstrated success to proactively source and build technical talent pipeline, not just rely on inbound applications.
  • Proven ability to influence hiring decisions and gain the trust of technical leaders.
  • Ability to successfully negotiate complex offer packages and close top tech talent.
  • Adept at managing multiple open roles across levels, complexity and varying levels of priority and urgency.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and set expectations with leadership.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading process improvements in technical hiring and raising talent standards.
  • Strong expertise in talent data analytics, market intelligence, and using insights to influence hiring decisions.
  • Advanced knowledge of current trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
  • Proficient in ATS, candidate relationship management, and AI recruiting tools.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, prioritizing effectively and driving to outcomes with minimal oversight.
