Digital Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to develop engaging, high-impact digital experiences that support our brand, email marketing, paid media, and integrated marketing initiatives. This role combines strong visual design skills with hands-on experience creating responsive HTML email campaigns and digital creative across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate is both creatively driven and technically capable, with a strong eye for brand consistency, typography, layout, and digital user experience.

Responsibilities:
• Create high-impact, branded email designs and supporting digital graphics
• Design digital creative for paid media and integrated marketing campaigns
• Build and optimize responsive email files


Process & Schedules:
• Adhere to schedules and ensure all deadlines are met
• Partner with marketing and creative teams to transform strategy into visual assets on tight timelines
• Manage multiple workstreams with high attention to detail

Efficiencies & Opportunities:
• Use AI-assisted design tools to improve workflow efficiency
• Continually seek opportunities to improve workflow and find efficiencies

Knowledge & Skills:
• Expert in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Proficient understanding of Klaviyo email platform
• Ability to work quickly and pivot based on feedback
• Strategic interpretation of creative briefs
• Understanding of email accessibility standards and cross-client testing

Required Education & Experience:
• Bachelor degree in Arts or Design.
• 3-5 years of professional digital design experience
• Strong background in performance-driven creative (marketing and media design)
• Proven track record of designing high-performing social media creative and conversion-oriented emails
• Experience supporting large or well-known brands with complex brand systems
