As a Project Management Staff III – International Programs & Enterprise Architect Engineering, you will be managing international programs/projects with allied governments (military, civil, and IC), industry, academia, and non-profit organizations focused on space technology and systems architecting, development, and integration.The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, on-site at our facility in El Segundo, CA or Crystal City, VA.What You'll Be DoingDevelop, administer, and coordinate technical project plan and implementation and management tracking systemsCreate, analyze, and evaluate project goals, objectives, and milestonesInstitute and maintain project metrics and schedulesEnsure compliance with project processes and procedural guidelinesCollaborate and coordinate with management and the technical teams, and provide reports and analyses as neededCoordinate project communication issues, turning points, and achievementsProvide facility and event management assistance, including technical meetings and workshopsRemain flexible as duties, roles, and responsibilities may changeWhat You Need to be Successful – Project Management Staff III, International Programs & Enterprise Architect EngineeringMinimum Requirements:Possess six or more years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degreeExperience in project management tools and applications (Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.)Customer service orientation, and ability to work well in a dynamic team environmentAble to quickly troubleshoot problems and prioritize tasks and projectsWork under minimal supervision and work within timelinesAvailable to travel domestically and internationally, as necessaryThis position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which is issued by the US government. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.How You Can Stand OutIt would be impressive if you have one or more of these:Possess a graduate degree in a STEM disciplineDemonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt to changing organizational needsProject Management certification or equivalent project or program management experienceFamiliarity with international programs and armaments cooperation, including International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR), Arms Export Control Act, Government-to-Government Agreements, and/or Foreign Military SalesSignificant experience working directly with foreign governments and/or foreign industry, particularly in Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Middle EastExperience briefing, or participate in meetings with, executive leadership - Aerospace, U.S. and foreign governmentsRemain flexible in daily time in the office based on business needsHandle multiple priorities and manage several projects concurrentlyPossess active SCI access or the ability to obtain itWe offer a competitive compensation package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business.
