Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor‘s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Wisconsin state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing, assisted living, or outpatient settings preferred.
• Experience with NetHealth documentation system preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience treating geriatric caseloads preferred.
