Join our team as a Maintenance Technician where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing environment. Your expertise in industrial, electrical, and mechanical maintenance will be vital to troubleshooting and repairing production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment efficiently.
• Perform electrical maintenance, including work with 480v, AC/DC theory, and 3 Phase Motors.
• Conduct mechanical maintenance involving hydraulics, pneumatics, gear boxes, sprockets, pulleys, and belts.
• Utilize blueprints for troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years of electrical maintenance experience with a focus on 480v systems.
• Proficient in mechanical maintenance, specifically with hydraulics and pneumatics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• Experience with PLC maintenance and troubleshooting.

Work Environment

Work in a window extrusion facility where the production floor can be loud; ear plugs are provided for safety. The facility operates on a 2-2-3 schedule with both daylight and overnight shifts available. The daylight shift runs from 8:00am to 4:30pm, while the overnight shift operates from 9:00pm to 9:00am.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of OAKMONT, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
